We are looking for experienced software developers and/or cyber security experts who are passionate about the blockchain space and decentralization.

You need to attend all sessions, complete the coursework and successfully pass each phase of the fellowship program. From day one, you will be hired full time as a Blockchain Security Researcher.

This is a full time commitment throughout the program. You will be paid a competitive entry-level salary plus the other benefits available for the Blockchain Security Researcher role. 

If accepted, fellows will become full-time employees of OpenZeppelin from day one. The fellowship program provides training and support to help ensure your success.
